Ballistic Speed Parts LS3 Small Bore cylinder heads are a direct fit to your stock bore LS1 or LS6 engine.  We’ve spent over 2 years developing the ultimate cylinder heads for LS1/LS6/LS2 Engines using GM’s outstanding LS3 cylinder head as our platform. We are proud to offer our heads in 2 Stages that will allow you to bolt on up to 55HP.

Stage 1 (As Cast):

  • 326 cfm of airflow
  • Over 48HP Gain!
  • Intake Port Volume: 255cc


Stage 2 (CNC Ported):

  • 350 cfm of airflow
  • Over 55HP Gain!
  • Intake Port Volume: 270cc

Product Description

Through our development efforts and extensive testing, our heads have proven to provide ultimate flow characteristics with substantial HP and Torque gains throughout every RPM.

Our cylinder heads also feature high quality, race proven, stainless steel intake and exhaust valves from Ferrea Racing Components.

Stage 1

Our Stage 1 heads feature new GM LS3 castings with as-cast ports.  Our Stage 1 heads have been engineered as a direct bolt-on utilizing the ultra high performing LS3 port design to work in conjunction with the LS1 and LS6 factory bore size of 3.898”.

Our Stage 1 heads also include high quality intake and exhaust Ferrea Racing stainless steel valves.

Stage 2

Our Stage 2 heads feature fully CNC’d Intake and Exhaust ports and they are the most powerful heads we have available.  After extensive engineering and prototyping, we’ve developed a CNC program that enhances the LS3 port design to flow huge numbers with our redesigned valve configuration.

Our Stage 2 cylinder heads are intended to extract every ounce of power out of your LS1/LS6/LS2 at every RPM, whether you have factory displacement, a stroker, or forced induction application.

Our Stage 2 heads also include high quality intake and exhaust Ferrea Racing stainless steel valves.
